Positions and Responsibilities:
Project Director
Primary contact for client management team
Assigns resources to project
Establishes project objectives, direction and measurements
Provides quality assurance on all deliverables
Project Manager
Manages CEI Logistics project team
Leads analysis and design efforts
Manages project schedule and budget
Operations Analyst
Performs project analysis
Identifies and evaluates alternative concepts
Develops project deliverables
Systems Specialist
Assists with the evaluation of complex system alternatives
Designs, implements and tests integrated systems
Maintains key vendor alliances
CAD Technician
Supports project team with design drawings, graphics, field measurements
Subject Matter Experts
Alliance partners are brought into projects as required to provide expertise on specific issues, technologies, etc.
