Labor - Productivity Analysis for Distribution Centers and Warehouses
The objective of a Labor / Productivity Analysis engagement is to define the expected productivity rate and headcount for a given operation based on a given process. Models are developed for the process in question and populated with activity profiles taken from historical data, sampling techniques or client projections.
